Went on a balloon ride to celebrate my wife's birthday. Communication was excellent starting with the booking. Steve and his family made the evening magnificent. Everything was excellent from the intial pre flight meeting to the champagne toast. Steven is an excellent and professional pilot. I will definitely take another flight with this wonderful team.

Steve and his crew do everything they can to make your balloon ride safe, fun, and amazing! He's an expert pilot and also knows a ton about the area so can point out so many sights from the air. He knows so much about hot air balloons and is happy to share his knowledge. And he wants everyone to feel comfortable and included in the fun, even friends who aren't in the basket but are watching from the ground. A wonderful experience!

What a fantastic experience! My husband and I had the time of our lives. Steven and his crew (family) were so professional, warm, and just so great. After our initial date was rained out, Steve worked with us to select the perfect evening (great customer service). Any fears I had were gone within the first minute, Steve made the trip so comfortable and relaxing. If taking a balloon ride is on your bucket list...Majestic Adventures is the way to go!

We had a great experience with Majestic Adventures. Steve and several volunteers worked very hard to put on a tethered hot air balloon experience for our group. The kids had an absolute blast watching the balloon being inflated and taking tethered rides. We are so grateful for all of the time that each person gave to make this a fun memory for our kids.

From the moment we made the call to inquire about booking a balloon flight we were treated with such respect and given complete answers to all our questions. Even with my husband having mobility issues all concerns were addressed and the evening of our flight was every thing we had hoped for. Take off was like floating and landing was gentle. Absolutely fantastic experience that my husband deemed “the best birthday gift ever.” Steve is highly skilled and made our first air balloon experience very safe and majestic. You feel like part of the family by the end of the day. Would highly recommend to anyone! A must do!!
