Had an exceptional time. Although I didn't speak any French they put effort to make sure I understood the entire process.The experience is great. Even had champagne and got a free mug and chocolate.Special shout out to Martin for helping me carry out my proposal. It just couldn't have been better!!!My boyfriend and I had a amazing flight! The service was great, and the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend. It was tons of fun!!!We went for the sunrise ride on a pretty chilly morning in the end of September 2016. I would recommend having some waterproof shoes on (the grass was quite humid early in the morning). My boyfriend had his running shoes on, and while we were watching the balloons being beautifully inflated, his feet were starting to get a bit wet. Besides that, the company provides all their advices...We are very thankful to our pilot Martin and his team. They are doing a wonderful job. And the surprise in the end of the flight was super lovely!!!

Although the flight had been cancelled and delayed for three times due to the unacceptable weather condition. However, we were not disappointment. It was a quite safe and amazing experience with all of friendly and professional staff. You should at leaast take one flight in your life. Strong recommendation
