Bob, our pilot, was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and engaging. The hot air balloon ride was incredibly smooth and relaxing. I loved the experience and strongly recommend it!

Great location (Harvey field Snohomish, plenty of parking. Tables seats and roof for the waiting/ gathering and post flight meet).Bob was our pilot (2 balloons with 10 passengers each). Friendly and very experienced.The crew was nice too.Quick ride from Harvey field to a church parking lot up a hill. Balloon setup, inflation, photos inside….The flight was unfortunately short. About 20 minutes as the wind was such that a longer flight would have resulted in poor landing areas.We landed in someone’s garden who never had a balloon land there before. It was a bit surreal to have the pilot ask the owner who was in his garden if he could land. :-).We reached 1,200 feet altitude but also flew low to the ground to get different winds.Overall a great experience. I recommend it.

5th time is the charm!Tonight, we finally got the opportunity to hit the skies with Snohomish Balloon Ride, and to say that it was anything short of magical would be an incredible disservice to Bob and his amazing crew. It was 100% worth the wait, and I can tell how much Bob and team love what they do. Flying over the beautiful Snohomish landscape was an amazing experience.Even if you are afraid of heights, I can say with confidence that you will be just fine! Bob’s expertise made for an incredibly smooth flight where we felt safe the entire time. Thank you so much.

My fiancé, brother-in-law and I rode in a hot air balloon at Snohomish Balloon Ride and it was absolutely amazing! Thank you to our pilot Bob for taking us on a beautiful ride that we will never forget. We got to watch the process of unloading the balloon, getting the balloon “aired up” and also got to help strap it back together after the ride and help load it back up. Also got our picture with Bob! We will definitely come back someday!

We had a fantastic experience riding the Hot Air Balloon. The entire ride, led by Bob, was smooth and a lot of fun. We had an interesting landing on a nearby field as well!

We had an awesome time on our morning flight. Bob and the chase crew were friendly, interactive and informative. They answered all questions and gave interesting stories with the ride. I learned that there is so much more to flying a balloon. Think there dementionally. Definitely worth the time and money.

It is completely amazing. Loved the experience. The flight depends on wind direction. So, be patient in advance. Once wind favours, flight takes off and you get to experience what is worth waiting for. We were in air for 50 minutes and didn't realize how fast time passed.Captain and his team are very knowledgeable and gives safety a priority. We had to reschedule twice but it was worth it.Loved the champagne celebration at the end of flight as it's a tradition.
